Erus Construction completed the acclaimed Oksizen Residences residential complex in 2007. Structural work and façade claddings were completed within the project's parameters with meticulous attention to detail.

Applications of Structure

- Ground improvement and foundation excavation were finished.
- The structural systems (columns, beams, and slabs) were made of reinforced concrete.
- Installations of the inner partition walls and exterior wall masonry were completed.
- Basic roof coverings and roof framework were installed.
- Elevator shafts, stairwells, and shaft voids were created.
Applications for Façades

- A cladding system for external thermal insulation was put in place.
- External claddings that complemented the architectural style were installed.
- The façades received combined treatments and waterproofing.
- Joinery and glass systems were erected outside.
- For visual harmony, sills, moldings, and ornamental components were used.
